Photovoltaic Breakthroughs (Oxygen-T) are power systems currently commercial use and are currently certified to meet the stringent benchmark standards as well as the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standard for power conversion efficiencies for electrical assemblies (PITEC) [@OSP]. Among these, the electrical transformers of General Power Systems and Off Grid Systems (GPOS-2 and BOS-2) are my company most important in the manufacturing of large scale products like commercial power meters (CM) [@OP_2]. From a test bench, it is shown that, in addition to its applications, the transformers of GPOS2 and BOS-2, exhibit several deficiencies, among them, an insufficient level of physical separation by bulk component, low rate of flow, low performance and unsatisfactory reliability. The most important characteristic in developing reliable internal transformers is their high output voltage. These transformers are generally not used in assembly and packaging purposes, such as for large volume CM and short circuit monitoring systems. In addition, their insulating material tends to aggregate on the load and fail to maintain and operate the electric power distribution circuit (EDPC) and wiring network. Moreover, as evidenced by the PIB test, a direct electrical failure mode of the components is lost. They are also not suitable for the energy control of small electric vehicles (SUNs) [@MP_3].
