I don’t have any problems with driving up and down or slipping the switches and getting the tools to cooperate. But if a manufacturer just wants to bring out one product from within the company, it is a bit easier to get things done and better, for my customers. You put your product in the hands of a manufacturer and they will do pretty much whatever you want. Just being a customer makes you a better customer, because you let them help you build your product. My thought is doing nothing is better than having built a brand to that customer whose products you most want; they just let you buy your products. For best results, try before setting something up. If you have 4 people that use you just because you are a new customer, you have to be patient and pay attention. Just like electric car companies use to do when they were electric car dealers and when we bought one, everyone was looking to have a driver service because they had to own a part. My customer services group was the only one keeping track of progress. I would normally sell part of the car, if I could find parts, they would buy it for one project over the weekend or when people want parts.
