Ethical Dilemma Alberto Montes A. Carabinieri is Professor of Nursing and Radiologist-Dental. A senior fellow at the School of Radiology, Cordy Research, College of Medicine, Sydney. He has been a member of the Australian Society for Radiography since 1995 and is pursuing his Doctorate at the Department of Radiology, Health and Human Services of The University of Sydney. Montes had the opportunity to remain in the Institute for Oceans Research to continue his undergraduate studies from 1997 to 1999 with the Australian Department of General Radiology (ADGAR). Dr. Montes has completed his Master of Science degree in clinical radiation at Ghent University (1996), a Master of Science in Clinical Radiation in the Department of Radiation Therapy/Academic Clinical Orthopaedics of the University of Tasmania (1994), a Master of Arts from the University of Sydney (1995), two postdoctoral fellowships from the Université Saint-Denis (1995) and Agiato/Orthopaedic Research Centre (1996), and three fellowships from the Australian Society of Oceans Research (1997–2013). He is currently also on the department’s research program for further training. Dr. Montes has been selected given the position of Professor of the College of Medicine for medical and material science grant funding. Previously, this professor enrolled in a research program at the College of Medicine, where, he has since completed his PhD, and has, in his own right, taught clinical radiation radiation unit theory for his department. In addition, Dr. Montes is an independent researcher on a multi-disciplinary foundation. This program has provided him with a good understanding of Radiation Therapy, Radiation Therapy with the support of Professor Dietsa, Radiologist-Dental, and the Department of Radiation Medicine, Health and Human Services.

This consumption of hard work and money have become a common and frequent theme in all areas of the world.
