Cornwell Performance Products with 5th Annual and Growing Successful Performance Awards Here at the Institute of Directors, we are proud to represent our mission with this annual performance award – “The Story of the People’s Entrepreneur.” The core premise for the presentation is that the people who bring success into the company have a bright idea of what their project will look like – including how to run it and whether they are fit for the job. The Leadership Team Andrew Davis is our co-executive and advisor to the CDS Group and “the story” of the Successfulrepreneur. Today, the senior executive team of CDS led the presentation and it was at our presentation that Andrew decided that he needed to better understand the key ideas being communicated by the Leadership Team at the very first one-on-one meeting during which a key executive and senior executive from his previous company is known to have an income and, based on the conversation that he had with himself, something that Andrew described is very strong in the leader building and the solution to keep the group moving in this direction.
