East Tacoma Works of Mine (FOSM) The Everett Fountain Collection is a series of paintings made in Tacoma, Washington in the late 1980s. The collection was first issued as a lithograph by The Tacoma Art Center, organized as the Tacoma Art Museum in 2001.
