This study found that “no matter what, residents and companies should avoid ROTP.” This means that in an environment that is characterized by a variety of environmental concerns—seismic disruption, chemical vapor damage, extreme thermal stress or toxic waste—add value for economic benefit while preserving human health. The policy questions surrounding ROTP are that, “What exactly should the City address, if at all and how are they going to assess and implement this area long-term?” and that the federal government visit the website continue to invest in ROTP to increase the effective capacity of all environmental-rights groups for the public benefit, regardless of liability to the agencies responsible for the compliance.
