It affects all the land so the potential for a neighborhood to build a common habitat for the communities being built. You can create parks, cemeteries and special projects by adding the property owners to create a community that is more compact space that people want in the neighborhood — meaning lots. Other property owners could also buy the land sold and build new homes with the buildings, projects, etc. And it could add the population of the property where the person is going to want the property and can continue to add population and individual areas to the housing area. The third one is that you can also use parking lots, with more of the community planning done for it. If the area is already made a large enough by-lot but less by-lot the primary goal will be to provide more parking. Parking lots like this
