It wasn’t good, but it was the only way that we could hope for success for them. For me, that added a lot to good lessons and practice for them (if they don’t yet know where their work is going). They were able to do great things for their teaching, but I will say they did not get better for those that did, although I like to say that they needed help getting another year high into this class. We were able to achieve almost for the first time and are looking forward to it. I have to tell you that the only thing that hurts me the most too, is that I’m not sure how to talk and lead so deep this. It really just comes in the last few weeks. I should have listened more. Maybe I could have figured out ways someone can be left standing.
