At the end of the year, Jack came to work with us on a project that culminated with a 10-day cruise in New York. He has worked at retail, small and fleet locations and worked for the Jackson Marriott before moving out… Building is a challenge. During years of being a leader, Jacky used the pressure to do various tasks. Most important was simply to be flexible in how he worked within the circumstances. We had to work together as a team to be able to drive a project that will change the department or property in Jackson.
