Western Fitness Center, the Washington, D.C.-based Fitness Plan for Men and Women is based on three key tenets; physical fitness, body image and the daily routine of social life. Competitions Organization Organization for Fitness (OFC) is the largest organization working on the long-term clinical effectiveness of fitness-focused programs using body-strengths-of-life as a guide. It operates a number of programs addressing over 230 diseases, along with more than 125 health issues and more than 20 new activities that have been introduced into the OFC. It is the world’s largest biomedical science organization dedicated to promoting the health of populations of all ages. It performs a wide variety of core medical research, including animal health and health environmental engineering. For example, it offers an educational research program to enhance the health of newborns, which is supported by its three-pronged-element curriculum and a curriculum involving body weight loss. The OFC also runs two interactive courses on mental health and behavioral sciences.
