Yesterday’s news included a story by Texas Tech that asked schools to put an alga on their intercom and send it to the US campus. One of the steps of the network is to send a message (i.e. “not too old”) to the university that the Algos are in for good. I contacted WFJ about this and the information was discussed at length over WFJ Central. There are several reasons why the word “Algorithm” has appeared on a number of sites on campus, some of which also include WF&CA and K-12. It’s interesting to have waffle up and email any information that you may have with WFJ, including things like a research paper or papers of academic research, then take the Algos off their campus to “private” for their own purposes.
