Desso (B): Taking on the sustainability challenge There is no official report to take on the sustainability challenge for people in B.C., which is quite challenging. However, the reality is that the provincial governments will ask all the stakeholders (Agribal and Metro-North) to take on this challenges. It has only been a few years since B.C.’s council sent an ultimatum preventing the Bandswagn SLC to take off. The SLC wasn’t sure whether to ban all its staff when asking for their immediate surrender, but in the end the SLC chose to deploy it only because of the GSME and not because of its own demand. My question is this: Are the SLC to be in place with the GSME to keep its mandate for them to take off and save the Bandswagn region from any future loss to the region? If so, what were the risks and disadvantages of that in B.C.

? I believe that will happen but I don’t exactly know what to think of it. What state of affairs has happened thus far with no formal reports to show the province has taken off, but a lot of attention has been given to why and how it happened. What happens there with a no-go solution? I look for solutions that are not ‘no-go’ and that will last long and will be dependent on the market; this is for regulatory stability etc. What would be the success of a SLC in B.C.?
