“When we wanted to show our innovation and bring our newest design, The MonoSpace, to the public, we first had to show its ability to handle 20,000 tons of vertical transport in a 60-story building in Hamburg, Germany. To achieve this, we had to test the MonoSpace in the field, using the entire fleet of KONE’s vertical transport system (VTS) in realistic loading conditions. When we first visited the site, we tested it on three different levels with six VTS in each level.
